I spent several years renovating this historic bungalow. It was originally a Sears "kit house" that was shipping via rail car in 1914. I installed new hardwood floors, doubled the size of the kitchen, built the kitchen cabinets, and added two bedrooms and a bathroom to the second story.

The bungalow had an old garage with a dirt floor, that I remodeled to use as a shop, I built two large sliding racks inside to use for small parts storage.

I was limited by space for building the kitchen cabinets from scratch and did a hybrid of RTA (Ready to assemble cabinets) for the bases then made the traditional frames and doors that were attached to the cabinets
